Course Module Details

In this stage, designers test (and retest) their solution with end-users. You must continually refine your solution based on user feedback and further insights gained to address the specific pain points that exist in the population. This is a point of pause and reflection. Making sure the solution you created meets the needs of all of your end-users and that all of their voices are being heard during this process.
